camp schurman

back in seattle now. climbed up to camp schurman on the mountain the other day and had a blast. pictures in the gallery.

climbed up to the last base camp on rainier at ten thousand feet on saturday. wore out my legs.. hadn’t hiked in about 5 months; had a great time though! Aprox 3:45 minutes up and 2 hours down. good times.

the white black diamond half dome helmet is now painted orange with a white X. this way i will be easier to see when I fall into a crevasse. additionally; i tried hanging from my blue server cabinet in my harness but the stinkin thing started to tip over. tim says to try hanging from a tree…
