Really nice but it can takes ages to load if you have a big start menu. I'd recommend you <a href="http://www.launchy.net/" rel="nofollow">Launchy</a>. Take a look at it. It's actively developed and it's free too. Skinnable either. The advantage is speed. The disadvantage is lack of colibri features (well... if you count "style" in features) :D Happy launching.
