i am okay but it hurts real bad! took a spill at probably 40mph in portland on the 30th. doctors say i have a small fracture of the head. must wear helmet from now on. i will write more when i feel better.

okay, i’m so glad you’re okay. scary, man, that’s a good brain you’re throwing around. we need it. wear a freaking helmet for the sake of mankind! and, um… next time, can you put some sort of warning first or something? guh.
